A simple and tasty toast idea to satisfy your vegan cravings. Perfect for a quick snack, or for breakfast. A super-simple yet nutritious vegan recipe rich in protein, healthy fats and vitamins (including vitamin B-12). ✨🙌

  • 2-4 tablespoons dairy-free yogurt (we used soy yogurt)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 handful pomegranate
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  1. Toast the bread (optional)

  2. Add the yogurt spoon by spoon and gently spread it (we used the back of the spoon!) until the bread is fully covered in yogurt. Avoid spreading it too close to the edges, it will spread even more when you add the avocado.

  3. Slice the avocado - to achieve the effect in the pic look at the recipe note 🙂 - then place it on top of the yogurt.

  4. Slice the toast in half (diagonally) if you want to keep the seeds separated. (optional) 

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one half, and chia seeds on the other half. Done! 🤩
Recipe Notes

☆ FANCY AVOCADO: Slice the avocado in half first. Take one half and hold its shape together as you thin slice it lengthwise. Make sure the slices are still resembling the shape of the unsliced avocado by gently pushing them in the right spot.  Now gently push the slices down and away from you, or towards any direction you like - you should be able to play around with it until you reach your desired shape. Done! 🙌🦍
