How delicious are mangos?! They are perfect for low-fat delicious desserts, especially vegan ones. 🤩💚All the ingredients in this recipe are naturally low in fats (yogurt included!) and we didn't add any sweetener either, just real ingredients that are naturally sweet and full of nutrients - enjoy! 😋🦍

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 handful pomegranate
  • 1 handful oats
  • 4 spoons dairy-free yogurt
  1. Slice the papaya in half and remove the seeds.

  2. Cover in yogurt (see tips for choosing the best yogurt in the recipe notes).

  3. Sprinkle oats and pomegranate on top.

  4. Decorate with your favourite dessert-friendly herbs - we used coriander (= cilandro) for an exotic touch, however mint will satisfy a more classic palate ☺️

Recipe Notes

☆ YOGURTS: we used soy yogurt which is naturally high-protein and low-fat. Coconut yogurts are very high in saturated fats so we keep them for the occasional coconut crave. Check the label of your yogurt if you need to adjust the quantity depending on its nutritional value.
