This vegan toast idea is SO tasty! The mint gives it a refreshing taste and the banana keeps it sweet. 🌱🍌 Cashew butter has a 'softer' taste than peanut butter and goes really well with bananas. Try it! 😋 🦍

Ingredients
  • 1 slice brown bread
  • cashew butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 spoon pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves

  2. Slice the banana and place it on top.
  3. Add fresh mint and chia seeds.
