This time we experimented with shapes and taste for our vegan toast idea, what does it look like to you?! 🤩 🦍 A new take on apple and peanut butter, we wanted to make something different. Plus healthy seeds on top - awesome brain food. 🍏🥜

Ingredients
  • 1 slice brown bread
  • peanut butter
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pumpking seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cashews
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. Spread peanut butter on bread (toasted or fresh).

  2. Slice the apple and put it on top of the peanut butter.

  3. Crush or blend the cashews and sprinkle them on top.

  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Recipe Notes

☆ NUT BUTTERS: nut butters are high in fats. They are good fats, however you should adjust this layer according to your needs and diet.
