This is the perfect delicious vegan jam for those to need to keep their sugar intake low, whether that's for diabetes or to keep calories down. Instead of buying pre-made jams simply make a small batch when you fancy it. All you need to do is blend fresh raspberries, lemon juice and chia seed until smooth - and there you have your delicious raw jam in 2 minutes - sugar-free and super-healthy. 🤩

  • 1 handful fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • optional sweetener to taste
  1. Blend all ingredient in a food processor until smooth. If too tick add water one tablespoon at a time. Taste and adjust lemon and (optional) sweetener. Ready to eat 🤙
