Lemon lovers will be totally hooked by this vegan lemon mousse!! 🍋😍 Also you can give this vegan dessert to anyone who hates tofu and they won't be able to tell. Simple and quick to make it's high in protein and low in fat, win-win. 💪🦍

Ingredients
  • 1 silken tofu block
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or other sweetener adjust to taste
  • 1 chunk vegan dark chocolate or other deco to your taste
Instructions
  1. Start with the lemon: grate the zest and squeeze the juice.

  2. Combine juice (all or according to your taste, if you are not sure try small quantities at a time), tofu and agave syrup to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer into a dessert cup then deco with lemon zest and a vegan dark chocolate chunk.
